My Player cannot connect with my PC, what should I do ?
1. If you are using Win98(SE), run the setup.exe to install the driver (You can download the driver from here). If you are using Win2K/ME/XP, do not install the software.
2. Please try other usb port or other usb cable.
3. Please try directly connect the player to computer. Don't use usb extension cable.
4. Please try it on other computer (recommend WinXp - No need install any driver for WinXp).
(If player can play demo song, just can't connect with PC. It may due to faulty usb cable.)
